Notes: This candlestick, one of my favorites, features an open double barley twist of the deep purple katalox. This wood is found from southern Mexico to South America and is one of the hardest and heaviest woods known. Open twists are a bit tricky to produce on the Legacy Mill, but the real effort is the many hours of difficult hand sanding to get to all the nooks and crannies of the bines smooth.  This candlestick also has a striking "dizzy" base of purpleheart, maple, and blackwood.
